Carl Taylor was born on January 27, 1952 to Bessie Mae Tillman and Lee Taylor, Jr.  Carl stepped out of time into eternity on December 19, 2021.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his three brothers JP Tillman, AC Tillman and Willie Tillman; and sister, Diane Burns.
