Gary Addis

Gary Dale Addis, 72 of Borger passed away in Amarillo, TX on Saturday, January 15, 2022.

Graveside services will be 2:00 pm Saturday, January 22,2022 at Westlawn Memorial Park. Cremation is under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.

Gary was born November 22, 1949, in Sayre, OK to Virgil and Jean (Bohanan) Addis. He served in the US Army. He married Rebecca Ann Flippo January 16, 1984, in Stinnett, TX. He was a mechanic working on boats and cars. He loved westerns, his family and grandkids most of all.

Preceding him in death is his father, wife, daughter Katherine Michelle Addis and a son Randy VanArdale.

Surviving is his mother Jean Bohanan Griffin of Borger. Daughter Christy Whittington and husband Gregg of Borger. Sister Cheryl Meyer of Skellytown. Grandchildren Trevor, Macie, Kaylie and Shana. Six Great grandchildren and a host of loving nieces and nephews.
