Misty Young

Misty Dawn Young, 46, passed away Wednesday, March 17, 2021.

She will lie in state from 8 am to 7 pm on Saturday, March 20, 2021.  The family will receive friends from 5-7 pm on Saturday, March 20, 2021 at Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.

Misty was born January 17, 1975 in Amarillo, Texas.  She enjoyed traveling, hanging by the pool, playing darts and shooting pool. Misty was the life of the party and loved to live it up.  Nothing brought more joy to her life than her grandkids.

She is preceded in death by her grandparents, T.P. Russell, Reba Russell and Carol Russell.

Survivors include her husband, Josh Prock; parents, Nancy and Kenneth McKeehen of Tyler; sons, Hunter Lane of Fort Worth, Eli Prock of Borger, Isaac Prock of Borger, Hunter Young of Austin; daughters, Shayla Jones of San Antonio, Bailey Young of Norman, Oklahoma, Aspyn Prock of Borger, Megan Young of Stinnett; three grandchildren, Laikynn Jones, Oakleigh Vaverek, Rowan Prock; sister, Shannon Doughty and husband Michael of Colorado Springs; numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of extended family.
