Kevin Loftis

Kevin “KK” Loftis unexpectedly passed away in Borger Texas on Friday, January 8, 2021 at the age of 52. Kevin was born on October 8, 1968 in Borger, TX to Robert “Dick” Loftis and Martha Loftis.

Kevin’s sudden passing is an immeasurable loss to his family and those who knew him. He was preceded in death by his father. Kevin is survived by his mother of Richland, WA, brother Robert “Beanie” Loftis Jr. of Richland, WA, sister Shelly Loftis of Dallas, TX, nieces Kendall and Carly Loftis of Richland, WA, nephew Gabriel Atkins of Dallas, Uncles Charles “Pete” Loftis and George “Monkey” Loftis Jr. of Borger and uncle Melvin Bunn of Chicago, IL along with many cousins and special friends.

Kevin was a 10 year military veteran who served in the U.S. Navy as a Hospital Corpsman and Field Service Medic. Following his military service Kevin worked as a Lab Technician in San Antonio, TX. Kevin enjoyed spending time with friends and family. He will be remembered as a kind, generous, and loving soul. In his way, Kevin was funny, boisterous, and a good companion. As he grew older, Kevin remained a child at heart and related well with young kids on account of his playful and gentle manner.
