Juan Rodriguez

Juan Rangel Rodriguez, 72, passed away Sunday, September 18, 2022.

A celebration of his life will be held at 2 pm on Thursday, September 22, 2022, at Grace Church.  Services are under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.

Juan was born February 16, 1950, in Torreón, Coahuila, Mexico to Cesilio Rodriguez and Elena Rodriguez.  Juan enjoyed tending to his yard, growing vegetables, and working in his flower garden.  He never met a stranger and he enjoyed visiting with people.  Nothing brought more joy to his life than being with his family, especially his grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Cesilio and Elena Rodriguez; and a brother, Cesilio Rodriguez.

Survivors include his wife of 56 years, Fernanda Rodriguez of Borger; sons, Juan Rodriguez and wife Raquel of Borger, Joe Rodriguez and wife Yascenia of Borger, Paublo Rodriguez and wife Jennifer of Borger, Fernando Rodriguez and wife Charlie of Amarillo; daughters, Angela Flores and husband Steve of Amarillo, Yolanda Rodriguez of Borger, Elizabeth Rodriguez of Amarillo; sixteen grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; brothers, Angel Rodriguez of El Paso, Jesus Rangel and wife Rosa of Stinnett, Martin Acosta and wife Natalia of El Paso; numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of extended family.
