Edward Malone

Edward Malone, 89 of Borger died on Monday, March 22, 2021 in Amarillo.

Graveside Services will be at 10:00 a.m., Friday, March 26, 2021 at Westlawn Memorial Park with Eddie Malone and Mr. Jeremy Vass officiating.

Edward was born on September 15, 1931 in Wetumka, Oklahoma to Lewarence Edward and Mable Burks Malone. He has lived in Borger
since 1956 where he married the love of his life, Trudy Brown on January 13, 1957 at the First Assembly of God Church in Borger.

Edward was a truck driver for Merchants for 38 years and drove a school bus for Borger Independent School District for 14 years. He especially loved playing with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife, Trudy; son, Eddie Malone and wife Deanna of Borger; daughter, Janet Wellesley of Borger; sister Wanda Shaw and husband Jimmy of Wetumka, Oklahoma; Edward was especially blessed by his grandchildren,
Melanie Bugg, Megan Malone, Nikki Hemphill and Shane Wellesley and wife Emily.

His great-grandchildren, Brenna Bugg, Bryton, Tyler and Makenna Hemphill.
