Debra "Mimi" Jean Kincade, 66, passed away on Sunday, October 31, 2021.

Funeral services will be held 11 am on Friday, November 5, 2021 at First Baptist Church of Panhandle with Pastor Josh Light officiating.  Burial will follow in Panhandle Cemetery under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Panhandle.

She was born in Amarillo, Texas to Betty(Collins) Penn and George Raymond Penn of Happy, Texas. She grew up going to Happy ISD. She enjoyed playing basketball, home economics, and marching in the band. She was a rainbow girl along with her sisters, through the Masons and Eastern Star. She married in 1973 to Rick Osborn, and had two children, Ricky and Sheryl. She divorced and later married the love of her life Charles Kincade in July 1986. They reside in the Kincade family home still today. Debra and Charles enjoyed fishing, riding motorcycles, traveling, golfing and sport clays. They became members of the Amarillo Area Corvette Club in 2019. They enjoyed many travels, one taking them all the way up to Mount Rushmore, Yellowstone National Park, and the Grand Tetons.

Debra loved watching all sports, just as much as reading. She loved her family tremendously. Most of her time was spent chauffeuring kids around, cooking for her family, and truly loved watching and supporting her granddaughters in everything they did. She was one of their biggest cheerleaders.

She is preceded in death by her son, Ricky Osborn; her parents, George Penn and Betty Davis; and her sister, Brenda Penn.

Survivors include her husband, Charles Kincade; daughter, Sheryl Chavez (Terry); granddaughters, Chloe and Maddison of Panhandle,Texas; sister, Shirley Calhoun(Eugene) of Happy, Texas; brother, Derick Collins(Sondra) of Amarillo, Texas; niece, Casey Counts; nephews, Dustin Penn, Brandon Calhoun, and Brand Collins; and numerous cousins, aunts and uncles.
