Vestal Hackney

Vestal Daniel Hackney, 70 of Fritch died Wednesday July 15th in Amarillo. No services are set. Cremation was under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.

Vestal was born February 17, 1945 in Quanah, TX to James and Kari May Hackney. He served in the US Navy. He was a truck driver and loved to work puzzles.

He is survived by a daughter, Christine Wolfe of Fritch; brother, Vick Hackney of Perryton, TX; sisters, Virginia Gorley of Paris, TX and Shirley Young of Skellytown, TX; three grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
