Tammy Snider

Tammy Gayle Snider, 61, passed away Tuesday, February 1, 2022.

Funeral services will be held 2 pm on Tuesday, February 8, 2022 in the First Baptist Church of Stinnett.  Burial will follow in Stinnett Cemetery under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.  The family will receive friends from 5-7 pm on Monday, February 7, 2022 at the funeral home.  In lieu of flowers her memory may be honored with a gift to CareNet Pregnancy Center, P.O. Box 5641, Borger, Texas, 79008;  Ronald McDonald House of Amarillo, 1501 Streit Dr, Amarillo, TX 79106; or to a missionary of choice.

Tammy was born August 23, 1960 in Borger, Texas to Henry Milton Hoff and Gaylene Melton Hoff.  She married Allen Snider on June 6, 1980 in Borger.  Tammy had a big heart and she shared it as a teacher in Stinnett for 22 years.  She was a life long resident of Hutchinson County, a graduate of Plemons Elementary in 1974, Phillips High School in 1978 and Panhandle State in Guymon, Oklahoma in 1997.  She enjoyed sewing, quilting and camping especially at Angel Fire.  Nothing brought her more joy than being promoted to NaeNae.  Her love for her grandbabies overflowed.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Gaylene Hoff.

She is survived by her husband, Allen Snider of Stinnett; father, Milton Hoff of Stinnett; son, Brandon Snider and wife Allison of Stinnett; daughter, Brittany Snider of Stinnett; her pride and joy, Gentry Rose Cordell, Cort Allen Snider, Gracelynn Mae Cordell, Camille Kate Snider; brother, Tommy Hoff and wife Amy of Missouri; and a host of extended family.
