Shelly L. Sepulveda, 49, of Medway, Massachusetts died Monday, January 26, 2026, at the Boston Medical Center in Boston, Massachusetts after an illness. She was the beloved wife of Tami Sue (Bonacci) Sepulveda.
Shelly was born in Amarillo, Texas, the daughter of Roger M. Sepulveda and Carol Jeanette (Pendleton) Sepulveda.
She was a graduate of Borger High School, Class of 1995. Following that, she graduated from Frank Phillips Junior College in Borger in 1997, obtaining her Licensed Vocational Nursing Degree and then graduated from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Arizona with a Nursing Degree in 2005. In 2010, she attained a dual Master’s Degree in Nursing and Business from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Arizona. And finally attained her Doctorate in Nursing Practice Degree from Capella University in 2020.
Shelly began her accomplished career in nursing by working as a NICU Registered Nurse from 1998 to 2010. She then worked as a NICU Supervisor and then Manager from 2010 to 2013. From 2013 to 2016 she worked as a Clinical Nursing Instructor, as well as a Professional Development Manager. From 2016 to 2024 she worked as a Clinical Documentation Manager.
Shelly had been a resident of Medway, Massachusetts since 2013. Prior to that she had resided in Champagne, Illinois, San Francisco, California, Denver, Colorado, Phoenix, Arizona and Borger, Texas.
Shelly was a proud and devoted member of the Rotary Club of Boston, the YMCA – Live Strong, and ACDIS (a professional association). She also was an avid fan of the Boston sports teams, the New England Patriots, the Boston Celtics, the Boston Red Sox and the Boston Bruins. Shelly also loved her Borger Bulldogs. She also loved vintage cars, crocheting, dancing and her many family pets.
Along with her beloved wife, Tami Sue, of Medway, Massachusetts; she is survived by her 10 children, Jennifer Stawarski of Geneva, Illinois, Kirsten Peacock of Chandler, Arizona, Nicholas Andsager of Chandler, Arizona, Alec Andsager of Chandler, Arizona, Samuel Sepulveda of Medway, Massachusetts, Abigail Sepulveda of Medway, Massachusetts, Shaelin Sepulveda of Medway, Massachusetts, Tyler Sepulveda of Medway, Massachusetts, Kameron Sepulveda of Medway, Massachusetts, Noah Sepulveda of Medway, Massachusetts; her parents, Roger M. Sepulveda and Carol Jeanette Sepulveda of Amarillo, Texas; her sibling, Maurita Carol Pleasant and her husband Dwayne Pleasant of Argyle, Texas; also several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews; and many, many more loving family members and friends.
A celebration of her life will held on Saturday, February 21, 2026, at 1 pm in Faith Covenant Church, 200 North McGee, Borger, Texas. Services will be under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.
Burial was held in Evergreen Cemetery in Medway, Massachusetts.
