Richard Hall

Richard Norman Hall, 72, passed away Sunday, February 25, 2018.

Cremation is under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.

Richard was born September 21, 1945 in Houston, Texas to Norman Hall and Juanita Barton Hall. He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include his wife, Katherine Billington Hall; son, Norman Hall and wife Kristina; step-daughter, KaRene Unruh and husband Monty; step-son, Bryan Billington and wife Charissa; brothers, Keith Reeves and wife Kathy, Ronald Keezer and wife Mary; and sister, Deanna Kovach.
