Phillip Ray Howard, 52, passed away Saturday, May 30, 2026.

Graveside services will be held at a later date.

Phillip was born October 19, 1973, in Borger, Texas to Glenn K. Howard, Jr. and Phyllis Jones Howard. He was a 1992 Borger High School graduate. Phillip enjoyed playing slot machines and loving on his dogs.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents; and cousin.

Survivors include his father, Glenn K. Howard, Jr. of Hockley, Texas; mother, Phyllis Culwell of Borger; sister, Charissa Howard of Borger; brothers, Audie Howard and wife Carla of Fritch and Trey Howard of Borger.
