Phillip Ray Howard

Phillip Ray Howard, 52, passed away Saturday, May 30, 2026.

Graveside services will be held at Highland Park Cemetery, Monday, June 8, 2026 at 11 a. m.  Cremation is under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.

Phillip was born October 19, 1973, in Borger, Texas to Glenn K. Howard, Jr. and Phyllis Jones Howard. He was a 1992 Borger High School graduate. Phillip enjoyed playing slot machines and loving on his dogs.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents; and cousin.

Survivors include his father, Glenn K. Howard, Jr. of Hockley, Texas; mother, Phyllis Culwell of Borger; sister, Charissa Howard of Borger; brothers, Audie Howard and wife Carla of Fritch and Trey Howard of Borger. Several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
