Colorado Springs

Louise “Lou” May Boulter was a caring wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, and friend. She left this world on March 22, 2022 at age 99.

She was born to Melvin and May Carroll on October 14, 1922. After graduating from high school and attending college, she married the love of her life, Dee Boulter. Together, they had 2 children: Brian and Bruce. She is survived by her two sons, four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Lou loved volunteering her time for the Lord’s work and was always ready with a meal for a family in stress. She liked to sew and do needle work in her spare time. She and Dee especially enjoyed time with friends playing Texas 42 and Pinochle.
