Leslie Heredia Perez, 23, passed away Monday, December 23, 2013 in Shamrock.
Funeral service will be 2 pm Thursday, December 26, 2013 at Grace Church. Burial will follow in Westlawn Memorial Park under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.
She is survived by her husband, Juan Perez daugher, Abcde Nicole Perez both of Shamrock father, Alfonso Heredia mother, Ana Rodriquez of Shamrock brothers, Alfonso Heredia, Jr. of Pampa, Julio Heredia of Borger sisters, Nayely Heredia of Lubbock, Erika Heredia of Monahans and several uncles and aunts.
