Lavania Jones

LaVania H. Jones, of Bedford, Texas, formerly of Borger, died on Friday, October 4, in Bedford.
Services for LaVania will be at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 9, at Minton Memorial Chapel in Borger, with Matt Chisum of Stinnett officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors.
LaVania was born on September 25, 1941 in Borger, to Robert and Garland Jasper Heston. She was a secretary for Burlington Northern. LaVania loved to read, spend time with her family, and play scrabble.
LaVania was preceded in death by her parents, and husband, Robert E. Jones.
Survivors are her son, Jason Jones of Palestine, TX daughter, Regina Jones of Dallas brother, Randy Heston of Stinnett sisters, Ellen Griffin of Borger, Anita Stroud of Stinnett, and Treva Harville of Lubbock.
