Kimberly Ann Avedisian

Kimberly Ann Avedisian, 65, passed away Wednesday, September 9, 2026.

Cremation is under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.

Kimberly was born January 12, 1961, in San Antonio to Robert Nevels and Barbara Jones Gibby. She was a true southern belle. Kimberly enjoyed all things that sparkled, especially her pearls and diamonds. She enjoyed looking for treasures at the thrift store, goodwill and the antique store. Kimberly was an avid food and wine connoisseur.

She is preceded in death by her father, Robert Nevels; mother, Barbara Gibby; husband, Kenneth Avedisian; and son, Matthew Munk.

Survivors include her son, Cody Nevels and wife Amanda; daughter, Rachel Mercer; grandchildren, Matthew Nevels, Jarrett Nevels, Sidney Twillman, Maddie Foster, Asa Nevels, Ava Nevels, Rowan Bryant, Bronson Porter, Ziggy Porter; numerous great grandchildren; brother, Stephen Nevels and wife Melinda; sister, Julie Fairchild and husband Rick; and a host of extended family.
