Kenya Lachelle Williams

Kenya Lachelle Williams, 35, died of a broken heart on Tuesday, September 1, 2026.

Visitation will be held at 10 am on Wednesday, September 9, 2026, in the Minton Memorial Chapel. Funeral services will follow beginning at 11 am. Services are under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.

Kenya was born April 18, 1991, in Amarillo, Texas. She was a graduate of Sanford Fritch High School and then received her CNA. Kenya loved spending time at the lake and the river. She also enjoyed thrifting, makeup and listening to music. Nothing brought more joy to her life than being called Aunt Kinka. She was a true, barefoot hippy at heart.

She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Laura and J.W. Ellis Art and Sharon Stevens; and cousin, Jaicee Ellis.

Survivors include her parents, Cyndi and Larreon Stevens of Fritch; her puppy dogs, Koae and Kingston; brothers, Dallas Dennis of Fritch, Jeremy Stevens and wife Veronica of Borger, Jerid Stevens and wife Jenny of Fritch, Justin Stevens of Oklahoma; sister, Skylar Stevens of Brownwood; numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of extended family.
