Kathy Steadman

Kathy Ann Steadman, 71, of Borger passed away on Wednesday, December 16, 2020.  Graveside services will be at 2:00 p.m., Monday, December 21, 2020 at Highland Park Cemetery with Rev. Scott Wallace, of Riverview Baptist Church, officiating.   Burial is under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.  There will be a visitation with the family from 5-7 p.m. on Sunday, December 20 at the funeral home.

Kathy was born in Borger on July 29, 1949 to Alton Bedford and Avis Marie Box Oden.  She was a lifetime resident of Borger where she married the love of her life, Frank Steadman on August 24, 1968 at the Fellowship Baptist Church in Borger.  Kathy was a member of the Riverview Baptist Church.  She loved sewing, quilting, going to church, reading, and computer games.

Kathy was preceded in death by her parents, her sister, Sharon Marie Moorman and her brother-in-law Rev. Clayton Moorman.

She is survived by her husband, Frank; sons, Michael Steadman and Douglas Steadman all of Borger; and her grand dog, Hank.  In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
