Julie Annette Tabor

Julie Annette Tabor, 61, passed away Wednesday, June 5, 2024. 

Friends will gather to honor her life at 1 pm on Monday, June 10, 2024, in the Minton Memorial Chapel.  Services are under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger. 

Julie was born July 9, 1962, in Amarillo, Texas to Roy and Nadine (Powell) Keeton.  She married Robert Tabor on April 16, 2006, in Borger.  Julie enjoyed camping, listening to music, and doing arts and crafts.  She was extremely successful in growing her many plants, people would bring her their plants that were not so healthy for her to nurse back.  Nothing brought more joy to her life than her grandkids.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Roy and Nadine Keeton; grandson, Landon Pike; and brothers, David, Earl, and Jimmy Keeton.

Survivors include her husband, Robert of Borger; daughters, Jessica Pike and husband Jarrod of Amarillo, Chelsea Tabor of Borger; son, Brooks Tabor and wife Amy of Longview; grandchildren, Jax Pike, Jeaven Pike, Camden Tabor, Deacon Tabor, Ta’Leigha Tabor, Realitee Tabor; sisters, June Ince and husband Donald, Linda Tyer, Loretta Birkenfeld; brother, Gary Keeton; aunts, Peggy Powell, Lena Eldridge, Leola Hammers and husband Jerry; numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of extended family.
