Juana Barraza

Juana Barraza, 71, passed away Saturday, November 11, 2023.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 am on Wednesday, November 15, 2023, at St. John Catholic Church.  Burial will follow in Westlawn Memorial Park under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.  The family will receive friends from 5-7 pm on Tuesday, November 14, 2023, at the funeral home.

Juana was born November 27, 1951, in Zacatecas, Mexico to Margarito Barraza and Maria Apolonia Gaytan Barraza.  She enjoyed cooking and spending time with her grandkids, they were the true light of her life.  Nothing brought more joy to her life than her family.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Margarito and Maria Barraza; sister, Leticia Barraza; and sons, Miguel and Juan Ramos, I.

Survivors include her children, Rosa Perez and husband Juan of Borger, Martin Ramos and wife Edna of Borger, Sara Ramos of Borger, Rocio Morales and husband Sergio of Borger, Juan Ramos and wife Yesenia of Oklahoma City; sixteen grandchildren; five great grandchildren; brother, Lorenzo Barraza of El Paso; sister, Margarita Gaytan of Borger; and a host of extended family.
