John Barrie Sr

John Cowan Barrie Sr, 60 of Borger passed away Tuesday June 29, 2021, in Borger. Memorial services will be at Word of Life Church in Borger at 2:00 pm Thursday July 1, 2021. Cremation was under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.

John was born January 17, 1961, in Norwich, CT to Gerard Roy and Patricia Ann (Cowan) Barrie. He worked in construction as a framer before becoming disabled. He married Pamela Maynard April 3, 2017, in Fritch. He loved his kids, grand kids, playing guitar and working on his cars.

He is preceded in death by his parents and a brother Nathan Barrie.

Surviving is his wife Pam; sons, Ryan Barrie and wife Shae of Apache Junction, AZ, John Barrie, Jr. of San Antonio, TX, and Timothy Donner;  daughters, Marina Weber and husband, Colby of Borger, Shelly Patrick of Apache Junction, AZ, Tifani Donner of Gilbert, AZ; sister, Elana Coe of Shawnee, OK;  grandchildren, Tinsley Weber, Waylan Weber, Haylee Barrie, Alex Barrie, Sammy Barrie, Jaylee Barrie, Emmy Woody, Avery Patrick, Jace and Mason Miller, and Blake Donner.
