Joe N. Singleterry, 75, died Wednesday, July 1, 2009 in Borger.BRBRServices will be at 10:00 a.m. Friday at the Church of Christ at Borger. Interment will be in The Garden of Serenity at Westlawn Memorial Park under the direction of MintonChatwell Funeral Directors of Borger. BRBRMr. Singleterry was born on October 5, 1933 in Amarillo and had been a Borger resident since 1956, moving here from Albuquerque, NM. He married Helen Elam on May 27, 1954 in Albuquerque. He was a chemical engineer for Phillips Petroleum Co. and was a member of the Church of Christ at Borger and had been a deacon for the church for 25 years.BRBRHe is survived by his wife Helen Singleterry of the home, daughter - Lisa Ann Rennick and husband Clay of Borger, granddaughter - Jennifer Ashley Neill of Denton.
