Joe Bob Henderson

Joe Bob Henderson, 71, passed away Sunday, August 31, 2025.

Cremation is under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.

Joe was born on December 9, 1953, in Borger to Al Henderson and Bobbie Lou Robertson Henderson. He married Betty Essary on January 4, 1974, in Borger. Joe proudly served in the United States Air Force. He served his country bravely and made a career out of serving his fellow man. Joe enjoyed building things and reloading ammunition. He was an avid gun enthusiast.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Al and Bobbie Henderson and daughter, Latisha Henderson.

Survivors include his wife, Betty of Fritch; son, Derren Henderson and wife Antonina of San Diego, California; granddaughter, Katerina Henderson; brothers, Dwain Henderson and wife Jan, Allen Henderson and wife Michelle; and nephews, Shane Henderson, Shawn Henderson and their wives.
