Joe Lee Garrard, 75, of Stinnett passed away on September 14, 2026, at home surrounded by family. No services are scheduled currently. Cremation is under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.

Joe was born on December 7, 1950, in Pulaski County, MO to Joe Garrard and Ruth M (Graves) Garrard. He married Donna Lantelme on September 16, 1988, in Stinnett, TX. He was a jack of all trades. He loved fishing, hot rods and carpentry. He remodeled their home.

Proceeding him in death are his parents, stepdaughter Crystal Wheeler. Brother Robert Garrard and father-in-law Charles Lantelme.

Surviving is his wife, Donna. Son Charles Logan Garrard and wife Olivia of Stinnett. Mother-in-law Evelyn Lantelme of Stinnett. Brothers Karl Garrard of Belton, MO and Mike Garrard of Jefferson City, MO. Brother in laws Dean Lantelme and wife Rhonda of Fritch, TX; Bobby Lantelme and wife Melinda of Eagle Lake, TX; Carl Lantelme and wife Kimi of Stinnett, TX, and David Lantelme and wife Terri of Ropes, TX. Grandchildren Mikayla Wheeler, Dalton Hux, Cooper Garrard, and Ceeli Garrard. Great Grandson Hunter Osborne. Many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
