Jackie Womble

Jackie Womble,77, passed away at her San Antonio home Tuesday, October 19, 2021. Jackie (Waugh) Womble was born March 3, 1944 to Ben G. Covey Waugh & Beulah (Guinn) Waugh in Okmulgee, Ok. She married Jerry Womble on December 26, 1962 in Stinnett Tx. Jackie had a wonderful career as a registered nurse, housewife and mother.

She is preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, Earl Leon Waugh and Eldon Joseph Waugh; three sisters, Inez Newsom, Maydean Frese Cheatham and Virginia Brewer; and son Kent Womble.

Jackie is survived by her husband, Jerry Womble; daughters Sherry Womble and Cindy Buechner; son-in-law, Timothy Buechner; grandchildren, Greg (Mariel) Buechner, Shawna Corley, Rafe (Ashley) Corley, Morgan Buechner, Joseph Buechner; and great grandchildren, Adam Buechner, Malachi Buechner, Kayson Corley, Laurel Corley, Kamden Corley, Atlas Corley; one sister Jean Trammell of Borger and one brother Bennie G Waugh of Tulsa, OK.

Graveside Service: 10:00 AM, Friday, October 22, 2021 at Lieb Cemetery, Hutchinson County, Tx.
