Cremation is under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.
Hoi was born February 12, 1959, in Vietnam to Nguyen Van Thien and Nguyen Thi Hong. She enjoyed listening to music.
She is preceded in death by her parents; one son; and one daughter.
Survivors include her daughters, Tiffanie Truong and husband Hung; Thao Nguyen and husband Son; son, Trung Nguyen; four grandchildren; and one sister.
