Hipolita Martinez Ramos

On August 14, 2026, Hipolita Martinez De Ramos passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones. In her 94 years of life, Hipolita was always gracious and full of love and laughter. Growing up on a ranch, Hipolita learned to be resourceful, often saying the phrase “no se te ciere el mundo”. She impacted everyone who came into her life, for any amount of time; always giving to others even if it was all she had left herself. Hipolita’s faith carried her through life, preserving her hope and joy through all life’s difficulties. While she carried many names: mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, wife, and many others, her family will always remember her as an angel they were graced to have in their presence for so many years.

Hipolita is survived by her daughters, Maria Guadalupe Ramos and husband David Sauceda and Beatriz Ramos Martinez and husband Martin Lopez, her grandchildren, Jonathan Ulysses Lopez Ramos and wife Ana Elisa De Anda De Lira, Jasmine Veronica Sauceda and husband Mark Izbrand, and Kimberly Ann Sauceda and husband Sudeep Neupane, and her great-grandchildren, Noah Elian Lopez De Anda and Leah Isabella Lopez De Anda.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 2pm on Monday, August 17, 2026, at St. John Catholic Church. Burial will follow in Westlawn Memorial Park under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger. The Rosary will be recited beginning at 6 pm on Sunday, August 16, 2026, at the funeral home.
