Hayden Blake Carlock passed away Wednesday, November 18, 2015.
Graveside service will be held 2 pm Monday, November 23, 2015 at Westlawn Memorial Park under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger with Rev. Scott Wallace, officiating.
Hayden is loved and missed by his parents, Bryan and Amy Carlock; brother, Wesley Carlock; sister, Mackenzie Carlock; grandparents, John and Lida Whitehead, Glynn and Pam Carlock; great grandpa, Marvin Walton; aunts, Kimi Overby, Alicia Ward and husband Hurley; and uncle, Keith Whitehead and wife Niki.
