Harold Edward Fick Sr., 85, of Borger, passed away Thursday, December 15, 2011 in Amarillo.
Graveside services will be 3:00 p.m. Saturday, December 17, 2011 in the Garden of Good Shepherd, at Memory Gardens cemetery in Pampa, with Rev. Michael Erickson of Zion Lutheran church in Pampa officiating. Services are under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.
Harold Fick was born July 21, 1926 to Herman H. and Effie A. Fick in Cushing, Oklahoma. He served his country in the Army Air Corp during WW II. Harold was a Lutheran and retired as a stillman from Phillips Petroleum after 37 years. He married Zoe Jordan January 21, 1989 in Borger, and was a member of the VFW, and American Legion.
Survivors include his wife, Zoe of the home sons Harold Edward Fick Jr. of The Colony, Wesley Mason Fick of Texhoma, Texas, Leo Joe Fick of Dallas stepsons Bruce Jordan of Borger, Jack Jordan of Cypress a daughter Sally Evelin LaWan Fick of Pampa stepdaughters Rebecca Barnett of Ada, Oklahoma, Georgia Malone of San Antonio, Sally Holliday of Stinnett a brother Leo Wayne Fick of Cushing, Oklahoma 15 grandchildren and numerous great and greatgreat grandchildren.
Harold is preceded in death by his first wife, Iva Marie Fick November 8, 1978 two sons John Fick, and Christopher Fick daughter Lydia McKnight a stepson Sonny Jordan three brothers and a sister.
