Gregory was born June 28, 1976 in Borger to Gregory and Elaina (Yohn) Brown. He worked as a cook at the Yellow Rose Steakhouse in Borger. He loved video games with his kids and collecting comic books.

Surviving is his mother, Elaina Fruit; wife, Heather Brown; son, Konnor Brown; daughters, Aeris Brown, Dailynn Beams and Desiree Beams; brother, Robert Godwin; sisters, Kathy Huneycutt, Sandar Kershen and Kassie Smith.
