Greg Rhoden

Greg David Rhoden, 48, of Fritch passed away in Pampa, Texas on Sunday, August 8, 2021.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am Thursday at Grace Church in Borger. Burial will follow in Westlawn Memorial Park under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.  In lieu of flowers, his memory may be honored by helping his friends Lynn and Chanell Reeves with their medical expenses.

Greg was born October 23, 1972, in Lubbock, Texas to George and Joyce (Douglass) Rhoden. He was a nurse at the VA Hospital in Amarillo and a member of The Elks Lodge in Borger. He proudly served as a corpsman in the United States Navy. He loved life and lived large. Greg enjoyed shooting guns and riding motorcycles.

He is preceded in death by a brother, Brandon George Rhoden; and a sister, Dawn Robin Rhoden.

Survivors include his parents, George and Joyce Rhoden of Fritch; brother, Craig Rhoden and wife Theresa of Borger; sister, Tina Maybee and husband David of New Bern, North Carolina; nieces, Delaney Maybee of New Bern, North Carolina, Southern Shira of McKinney, Texas; nephews, Eli Maybee of New Bern, North Carolina, David McIntosh and wife Hannah of Corinth, Texas; and great niece, Finnley McIntosh; and host of dear friends.
