Panhandle
David Francis Obrecht, 88, of Panhandle passed away peacefully Friday, January, 20, 2017 in his sleep.
Graveside services will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, January 25, 2017 at the Panhandle Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Panhandle.
After farming for many years, he worked for and retired from the railroad.
Survivors include five children Linda Davis, David Obrecht, Dwight Obrecht, William Obrecht, and Denny Obrecht, five grandchildren, and several great grandchildren.
Francis is preceded in death by his wife Helen December 2, 1996, his parents, and a sister.
