Evelyn Stephen

Evelyn Janette Stephen, 80, passed away Thursday, May 1, 2014.

Funeral service will be held 10 am Monday, May 5, 2014 in the Minton Memorial Chapel. Entombment will follow at Memory Gardens Mausoleum in Pampa. The family will receive friends from 24 pm Sunday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers her memory may be honored with a gift to the Borger Nursing Center or a charity of choice.

Evelyn was born August 8, 1933 in Borger, Texas to Herbert and Juanita Wilson. She was a member of the Church of Christ at Borger. Evelyn was an avid Dallas Cowboy and Texas Ranger fan. She was a diehard Phillips Blackhawk.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Hayden Stephen parents and a brother, Bobby H. Wilson.

Survivors include her sisters, Colleen Hooper of Borger, Barbara Richmond and her husband, Eugene of Fritch sisterinlaw, Pat Wilson of Amarillo and numerous nieces and nephews.
