Estela G. Gonzales, 76 of Borger died March 2nd in Amarillo. Rosary will be said 7:00 pm Wednesday March 6th at Minton Memorial Chapel. Funeral services will be 11:00 am Thursday March 7th at Minton Memorial Chapel. Cremation will be under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.

Estela was born June 8,1936 at Rockdale, Texas to Nicanor and Virginia Maruccin Gonzales. She was a member of St. Johns Catholic Church. She loved Spanish music and to dance. She loved to walk her dog Daisy. She was preceded in death by her parents, sons Cliff Gonzales and Abel Gonzales, brothers Nieves and Martin.

She is survived by her daughters Lucy Molina and Virginia Gonzales both of Amarillo and Rose Lopez of Borger. Brothers Ambrosio Gonzales of Slaton, Manuel Gonzales of Birmingham, Alabama, Santos Gonzales, Lupe Gonzales , Arthur Gonzales all of Lubbock, Texas. Sisters Anita Garcia of Lubbock, Texas. Natalie Johnson of New York City, New York and Olivia Gutierrez of Lubbock, Texas. Six grandchildren and numerous great and great great grandchildren.
