Epifanio Lopez

Epifanio "Pete" Lopez, 61, passed away Friday, November 16, 2018.

Graveside services will be held at 2pm on Wednesday, November 21, 2018 at Highland Park Cemetery under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.

Pete was born February 2, 1957 in Portales, New Mexico to Juan Lopez and Julia Orosco Lopez. After spending 36 years with the love of his life Rosie Garcia they married on July 5, 2018. Pete enjoyed rebuilding old cars, listening to music and tinkering in his shop. Nothing brought more joy to his life than his family.

He is preceded in death by his father, Juan Lopez; daughters, Marsha and Blanca Lopez; brother, Lorenzo Lopez; and sister, Sandy Lopez.

Survivors include his wife, Rosie Lopez of Fritch; sons, Tony Garcia and wife Melissa of Fritch, Pete Gonzales and wife Tanya of Taft, Juan Lopez and wife Rocio of Borger, Marcus Lopez and wife Jenny of Torrington, Wyoming; daughters, Vanessa Lopez of Borger, Ezmeralda Lopez of Borger, Adelita Garcia and husband TIm Gonzales of New Mexico; mother, Julia Lopez of Borger; 26 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; brothers, Santos Lopez of Fritch, Johnny Lopez of Borger, Steve Lopez of Montana; sisters, Adela Lopez of Amarillo, Gloria Lopez of Amarillo, Feliz Dominguez of Hobbs, New Mexico, Manuela Lopez of Colorado, Lori Lopez of Borger, Linda Munoz of Borger, Eustolia Martinez and husband Ociel of Corpus Christi; and a host of extended family.
