Duane William Wood

Duane William Wood, 68, passed away Friday, December 5, 2025.

A celebration of his life will be held at 2 pm on Monday, December 15, 2025, in the Minton Memorial Chapel. Cremation is under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.

Duane was born February 11, 1957, in Borger to Howard Wilburn Wood and Pearlee Hutchens Wood. He held a special place in his heart for his family and looked forward to their family reunions. Duane enjoyed riding his Harley and fishing. He was especially thankful for his friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Howard and Pearlee Wood.

Survivors include his brothers, Darrell Wood of Stinnett, Curtis Wood and wife Donna of Tyler; numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of extended family and friends.
