David Lee Miller

David Lee Miller, 87, passed away Wednesday, April 1, 2026.

A celebration of his life will be held at 11am on Friday, April 17, 2026, at Grace Church with pastor Stacy Smith officiating.

David Lee Miller was born May 6, 1938, in Pampa, Texas to George Lee Miller and Mary Elizabeth Bastin Miller. In high school he was a member of the FFA and even had a grand champion pig. At the age of 18, he made the life changing decision to accept Jesus as his savior which influenced his decision to attend Wayland Baptist University. On November 30, 1958 he married his high school sweetheart, Wilma Jean Cole in Pampa. They entered the ministry and first pastored in the Lubbock area at Woodrow Baptist Church and later planted a church called Faith Love Chapel.

They moved to Borger in 1978 where David and Wilma served as the lead pastors at Borger Christian Center until the early 1990's. Throughout his years in ministry, David also did carpentry work all around town & quickly became known as Mr. Fix It which inspired the name of his business: "Let's Fix It". David loved the Lord, his wife, mexican food and, of course, watching the Dallas Cowboys.

He is preceded in death by his parents, George and Mary Miller; wife, Wilma Miller; two brothers; and three sisters.

Survivors include his son, James D. Miller and wife, Teresa of Plano; daughter, Kathy Kaelin and husband Greg of Fort Worth; three grandchildren, Courtney Kaelin, Cody Kaelin, Casey Kaelin; and sister, Mary Elizabeth Crocker Scott of Pampa.
