Dale Leon Kingham

Dale Leon Kingham, 90, passed away Friday, August 1, 2025.

Funeral service will be held 11 am on Monday, August 4, 2025, at the First Baptist Church of Panhandle with Pastor Josh Light officiating. The family will receive friends from 5-7 pm on Sunday, August 3, 2025, at the funeral home in Panhandle. In lieu of flowers his memory may be honored with a gift to FBC Building Fund, PO Box 189, Panhandle, Texas 79068.

Dale was born on October 17, 1934, in Sweetwater, Oklahoma to James Ralph Kingham and Anna Caroline Barns Kingham. He married Corene Carter on November 9, 1952, in New Liberty, Oklahoma. A member of First Baptist Church, Dale served as a Deacon for his beloved church family. He retired from Pantex after 38 plus years of service. Dale loved being outdoors, especially fishing, riding motorcycles and camping. He was an everyday Mr. Fix-it.

He is preceded in death by his parents, James and Anna Kingham; wife, Corene Kingham; brother, Raymond Kingham; and sisters, Iris Childress, Flossi Weston, Clara Parsons, Donna Luthy, and Beuna Davis.

Survivors include his son, Danny Kingman and wife Tamera of Weston, Colorado; daughter, Debbie Carter and husband Danny of Texline; grandchildren, Heath Kingham and wife Tayler, Quentin Kingham and wife Kim, Nicole Higgs and husband Bryan, Alicia Smith, Eric Carter and wife Amanda; great grandchildren, Alexia, Bianca, Maya, Renleigh, Brendell, Ashlyn, Clarity, Danielle, Alyssa, Chloe, Dale, Jackson, Kaitlynn, Savannah, Clarabelle, Dexter; numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of extended family.
