Cynthia was born June 29, 1953 in Alice, Texas to Francois Ellis Harris and Jewell V. Pieper Harris. She graduated from Borger High School in 1971 where she met the love of her life, Marvin Earl Reagan. They married on August 19, 1972. Cynthia and Marvin raised their family in Panhandle, Texas for over 40 years. She worked in accounting until she retired and became a substitute teacher for Panhandle ISD. Cynthia loved the community of Panhandle. She enjoyed spending time with friends, attending social functions, and meeting new people in the community. Cynthia never met a stranger. Nothing brought her more joy than her family.
