Charles G. Offill, 65, passed away Saturday, July 30, 2022.
Services are pending at this time. Cremation is under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.
Charles was born May 13, 1957, in Gainesville, Texas to Clifford George Offill and Carolyn Sue Hatcher Offill. He married Yolanda Tapia on March 17, 1989, in Skidmore, Texas. He proudly served in the United States Navy. Charles enjoyed being outdoors and tending to his plants.
He is survived by his wife, Yolanda of Borger; son, Christopher Offill of Amarillo; daughters, Nikki Riggs of Gruver, Rhonda Ricenbaw and husband Rusty of Amarillo; and two grandchildren.
