Panhandle Graveside services for Annie Viola Branum Bender, 93, will be 11:00 a.m. Monday, October 10, 2011 in the Mobeetie Cemetery with Pastor Josh Light of 1st Baptist Church in Panhandle officiating. Services are under the direction of MintonChatwell Funeral Directors of Panhandle.

Mrs. Bender lived in Panhandle for the past 69 years and was a member of the 1st Baptist Church in Panhandle. She was a warm caring person who loved her family and her church.

She was preceded in death by her husband Otis Branum December 19, 1991 , her parents, 7 siblings and several Nieces and Nephews.

Survivors include her husband Michael Bender, 2 SistersinLaw Norma Ruth Shackelford of Panhandle and Earlene Shackelford of Pampa and several nieces and nephews.

She will lie in state in Panhandle Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. and Sunday from Noon until 8:00 p.m.
