Alvin Lorance

Alvin Dale Lorance, 78, passed away Monday, June 8, 2020.

Services will be held privately.

Alvin was born August 31, 1941 in Stratton, Nebraska to Alvin John Lorance and Opal Irene Admire Lorance.  He married Connie Horinek on December 21, 1963 in Atwood, Kansas.  He retired as Master Sergeant from the United States Army.  Alvin enjoyed music, playing in bands, reading, animals and red sports cars.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include his wife, Connie Lorance of Panhandle; son, Daniel Lee Lorance and wife Andrea “Andy” of Utah; daughter, Laura Ann Maybee of Abilene, Texas; four grandchildren, Ryane & A.J., Natasha & Stephanie; and two sisters, Janice Wieck of Kansas, and Carolyn Ellis of Nebraska.
