Alton, “Papa”, loved his family. He enjoyed seeing them compete in sports, or perform and was always right in the middle of all their activities as long as he was able. He also loved the Lord. He expressed that love by serving at Riverview Baptist Church where he was a member for over 70 years. He was a Deacon, Sunday School teacher, song leader, builder, and the pastor’s right hand man.
The Family would like to recognize and thank Michelle Wallace for her extra love and care for Papa Alton.
