Alicia Lynn Bell

Alicia Lynn Bell, 60, passed away Sunday, October 11, 2026.

Funeral services will be held at 10 am on Friday, October 16, 2026, in the Minton Memorial Chapel. Burial will follow in Highland Park Cemetery under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger. The family will receive guests from 5-7 pm on Thursday, October 15, 2026, at the funeral home.

Alicia was born May 14, 1966, in Pampa, Texas to Larry Beryl Bell and Alice Story Bell. She enjoyed playing games on her cell phone, watching television and cooking. Alicia found great solace in being outside watering and pulling weeds. She lived life large and liked to have a good time; Alicia was always the life of the party.

She is preceded in death by her father, Beryl Bell.

Survivors include her mother, Alice Bell of Borger; daughters, Leslie Stricklin and husband James of Skellytown, Ashley Phillips of Borger; grandchildren, Shaelyn Hallacy and fiancée Isaac Ragan, Chassity Hallacy, Laura Litsey Phillips, Breana Hallacy; one great grandson on the way; sisters, Susan Eakins and husband David, Sherry Bell both of Borger; nieces, Destiny, Chelsea, Felicia; nephews, Dustin, Matthew; and a host of extended family.
