Carmen Shopteese, 68. Our beloved Mother passed away on April 30, 2018 at her home. Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Friday at Minton Memorial Chapel with Pastor David Teakell, Kingdom Bound Church. Burial will follow at Westlawn Memorial Park under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.

Carmen was born May 6, 1949 in Borger to W. C. "Bud" Haynes and Joyce Shelton Haynes. She was a lifetime resident of Borger and was a homemaker. She loved animals and people and was known as a good friend. Carmen was a wonderful mother and grandmother.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a grandson Derrick Seth.

She is survived by her two sons Eric Shopteese and his wife Leigh and Brandon Shopteese and her daughter Amber Shopteese all of Borger, her grandchildren Chase, Alex, Tyler, Star, Shylah and Stormy Shopteese and Zac Barber.

Casket bearers will be Chase Shopteese Humphrey, Alex Shopteese, Bruce Baker, Richard Wilson, James Wilson and Tyler Shopteese.
