Billie Cecil East, 56, died Friday, July 16, 2010 in Borger.

Services will be 2 pm Tuesday, July 20, 2010 at the Celebration Family church in Fritch with Jake Minton officiating. Interment will follow at Highland Park cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger. Family will be at 4807 W. Wilson Street.

Billie was born September 22, 1953 in Borger to William and Lavern East. Billie
loved to roller hockey, spending time with family, tropical fish, watching the
weather, working with leather, telling stories, and selling junk. Billie loved
fireworks and was known as the fireworks man.

Survivors include (3) sons - Billie East Jr.and wife Rebecca of Pampa, Justin Strickland of Borger, Robert East of Amarillo, (2) granddaughters - Tristen East of Amarillo, Izabella East of Pampa; (1) grandsons - William East of Pampa.

He is preceded in death by his wife Angie, January 18, 2001; his parents; and a
sister Mary Leonard.
