Reverend Dennis Randle Richardson Sr., 69, peacefully entered into his heavenly home on January 2nd, 2018, encircled by his family. He was born in Ralls, Texas on September 8th, 1948 to the late Linden and Pearl Richardson.
Dennis graduated from Stinnett High School in 1967. He married his best friend and love of his life, Peggy Hawthorne Richardson, on July 9th, 1969 at First Assembly of God in Stinnett, Texas.
Dennis loved and proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps. After his time in service, they returned to Hutchinson County to raise their family. Throughout the years, he served on numerous committees and boards in Hutchinson County for the betterment of the community.
Dennis was a dedicated man to his family, friends and a great man of vision. He began in the Pipeline Oil and Gas Industry in the 1970’s which led him and his dear friend, to start Gas Gathering Specialists. He was the Owner and President of GGS Inc. for over 35 years.
He was a devoted servant to the Lord and became an Ordained Minister. His passion for studying and teaching God’s Word was beyond understanding. Dennis was the Pastor of First Assembly of God in Stinnett, Texas and was actively involved in the Ministerial Alliance in the community to help others. Dennis was a generous man, who stood firm and believed in God’s Word and was always unknowingly helping others in need. He also served on the board of the Pleasant Hills Children Home in Fairfield, Texas. He was dedicated and loved his church family.
Dennis was a great man of passion. He loved hunting from a boy and shared that love with his friends and family. The memories shared during hunting trips with friends and the love he had to hunt with his family will never be able to be placed in words.
Dennis was an honorable and respected man who was devoted to his family. He has forever impacted so many lives.

Our deepest sympathy of your loss of your father and husband. He was a great boss and always read his bible every morning before the work day began. I remember the joyous day that he led his Dad to the Lord. Now he gets to have that great reunion with his loved ones that went before him. He will be missed and not forgotten.

Words can’t express how much each of you mean to me. People come and go into your life, very few leave an everlasting impression. Dennis has obviously left that impression on the entire community! I came say, without a doubt, the Richardson family has l left a permanent imprint on my heart! My love to you all!!!

This saddens me beyond belief. So many precious memories of the Richardson boys while I was growing up. While I didn't know Dennis as well as others, I always enjoyed his steadfastness and admired his great courage. My heart breaks for your family. May you know the peace of assurance he now rests in the arms of his great and almighty Father.

You and your family were such an instrumental part of my childhood. I have so many memories that include you. I am so very thankful that I got to hug your neck, kiss your cheek, and tell I love you one more time. Oh how my heart aches but my soul rejoices for I know sweet Uncle, you and I will see each other again. Our God is good and I know he welcomed you fully into His arms.
Aunt Peggy, I pray you know God is not waking next to but carrying you through this time. While we cry for our loss we can’t help but to smile for The Lord’s gain. I love you.
